- 300 grams mashed paneer

- 1-litre water
How to prepare Rasmalai:
Step 1- Make a smooth dough of mashed paneer.
Step 2- Prepare the sugar syrup by boiling water and sugar into a pan.
Step 3- Take small pieces from the dough and flatten it until it takes shape.
Step 4- Add the small pieces into the sugar syrup and cook for 10 minutes on medium flame. Do it with the whole dough. Let it cool.
